Interview
i had a telephone interview beforehand which was quite structured in the way it was set out. They make a big thing out of using Behavioural Interviewing Techniques both in this telephone interview and later in the face to face interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp (Denver, PA) in Aug 2016
Interview
This was the worst interview that I have ever had. Starting with the phone interview, the woman made me repeat my answer several times and sounded confused overall. Deciding to go to the in-person portion anyway, I was interviewed in front of 4 people, and although it was posted as an entry-level position and I have years of exotic/farm animal experience through multiple facets, I was continually told I have no experience with animals and that their office does not like to hire college graduates because we are "flaky" and expect things handed to us. Additionally, halfway through the interview, the interviewers realized they were not on the same page for which position I was being screened for! This interview ended up being 2 hours instead of the 1 hour I was told. Although I graduated at the top of my class and have loads of experience, they made me feel extremely stupid and unqualified for an entry-level position (which did not even require a college degree). Even if I received an offer for this position, I would not accept.

Interview
I applied online, uploading CV, cover letter and answering a few easy/basic questions. Received a call the next day which was a phone screening and they just asked a few basic questions and we then set a date a few days later for a phone interview. The phone interview lasted around half an hour and they said they would get back to me afterwards but never did.
