Labcorp CRA I interview questions

It was easy and simple. It consisted of a phone screening with a recruiter, and video interview with a line manager and human resources personnel. The process ran fairly smooth.

Initially there was a screening phone call with the recruiter. The second round was a video call interview with the CRA manager. They classed me at a very junior entry level as CRA I, despite nearly 5 years clinical research experience (not as CRA though, but as CTM, but almost all CRA tasks were part of my responsibilities). Finally, as this was a 100% sponsor dedicated role, there was an interview with the sponsor, which went very well. At this point I mentioned my doubt about being classified as CRA I with no prior experience, and the sponsor agreed. In the end I was offered a Senior CRA position, so quite a jump from CRA I to Senior CRA, which I believe was due to the feedback from the sponsor. Covance was very apologetic, said there must have been some misunderstanding about my level of experience etc. It was a good offer, but I turned it down, as I had also received an offer for a different position I favored.
