Prescreen with recruiter was basic. Done in 10 minutes. Went over the schedule, pay, connection requirements, and pre-employment background/drug test if chosen. Set up virtual interview with hiring managers. Will update further once 2nd interview is complete. Personal strength, what I do in my current role, if I am comfortable with the job description.

Interview
Nice job but some of the supervisors/gm weren’t the best accused me of selling drugs because I was having a conversation on my personal phone. But down played it later and changed their story
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Labcorp (Charlotte, NC) in Jun 2022
Interview
I received a random email stating I had an interview through WebEx, it was already scheduled. I applied for Healthcare Billing Specialist but was advised that I was being interviewed for Order Entry, not sure if they were considered one in the same. Based on the description, it seems different from the what I applied for online. The interview was not like a conversation, it was describing the position and the training and production period. Then they ask about 6-7 situational questions. She advised that I would receive a decision from HR in 3-4 weeks. I received an email for an offer 8 business days later, I declined the position due to pay. There are companies offering same position with significantly higher pay.
