If you seem interested and check the boxes for what they're looking for they will give you details and set up a video conference interview with a supervisor for the department you applied for. The interview would likely vary but it was a pleasant experience and for a trainee position they seem to be looking for someone that is genuinely interested in the field of work, has goals in the field, and they might ask you a little bit about your resume. They will expect you to stay on with them for at least two years due to the training they give you.
