      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Labcorp (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2026

      Interview

Applied in November. Reached out for interview in January. Phone screen with HR Recruiter that lasted about 20 minutes. Followed by team meeting which lasted an hour. Second interview with manager lasted about 20 minutes. Interview with team was conversational, but did require the STAR method in a few questions. Asked a lot of situational style questions as well. Interview with manager was more conversational and very relaxed. More of explaining further my management style and what to expect from role.
