Although I did not get selected for the position I felt the interview went very well, I enjoyed speaking with the 3 members of the management, was very disappointed that I didn't get the job. I felt that I had a great interview and answered all the questions as I should have. I'm not sure what I could have done to chance the outcome of the interview. What I do with is there would be feedback explaining what was the deciding factor of why I did or did not do, that caused me to not be hired. This would have been helpful in later interviews down the road.

Be prepared to ask questions about the company, and your role. The interview questions are pretty basic, but be prepared to answer completely. Interviewer will take notes, and ask follow up questions.
