The interview was repeatedly rescheduled by the recruitment team and/or sourcing team. During the final webex interview I logged in and waited for over 20 minutes. I reached out to the recruitment team and was told they would get back with me. Several days later I was called and told they did not secure all of the sponsor business they thought they would and decided to halt hiring

Recruiter intro for about 30-60 minutes. WebEx for 90 minutes with two managers. Questions about general monitoring situations and then about oncology specific research. Quite technical. ID required at start of WebEx portion.

2 paneled interview via Skype or WebEx that took one hour. Average interview process. Background check took 1-2 weeks. Offer follows soon after interview if one is selected. Very nice Managers who conducted interview.

Phone interview with questions. Spoke with a screening agent on the telephone. Asked me questions about my salary and bonus structure at current job. Unusual to be asked such detail about my salary and current working conditions in a phone screening interview.
