I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Labcorp (Indianapolis, IN) in May 2012
Interview
I applied online and was referred by a current employee. I received a call from an HR rep from Covance for a short phone interview 1-3 days later. They asked general questions about why I applied, what I was doing currently for employment, etc. Also asked opinion on animal testing and if affiliated with an animal rights group. After phone screen, was told I would hear back in the next couple days (applied for a different position once with Covance, and it took 10 business days to get a rejection email). Heard back very soon and was offered an on-site interview. Was a panel interview and asked 6 Target Selection questions (situation, how you handled it, and result). Wanted very specific answers and examples. Mostly dealt with customer service situations. The two guys interviewing me were nice and made me comfortable, so it wasn't horrible.I had several questions for them prepared prior to interview, and I think that helped. Then I was given a tour of the lab (where I'd be working). After that was told it would be 2-4 business days to hear back, but was called the next business day with the job offer. I accepted.

Question 1
Describe a situation where, despite all your efforts and giving the customer what they said they wanted, the customer still was not satisfied.
Interview process was ok, panel interview, not too harsh questions, addressed my questions too. Suggestion to other candidates is to come prepared with your own questions to ask too, soft skills more inclined.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Labcorp (Indianapolis, IN) in Sep 2020
Interview
Scheduling the interview went great! When I arrived, however, I waited 45 minutes before being told my interviewer forgot and went home early. Another supervisor (Cameron) interviewed me and was fantastic!
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Labcorp (Indianapolis, IN) in Aug 2020
Interview
The interview was very straightforward. I spoke to two managers about my previous work experience and why I was excited about Covance. After the interview there was a tour of the facility and time for extended questions.

Question 1
One oddball question: If you were an animal, what animal would you be?
