Takes 2 months in total, 3 interview stages, final interview is 3 women. One looking at paper, one asking you questions and one watching you. Unerving unsettling yet if you focus on the false easyiness they are trying to put you at it is ok. Just relax and listen to the questions. They questions are designed to see if you are 2 things. Obedient and willing. Thats all. Easy really.

The series of interviews we very relaxed and were in an informal setting. I met with other managers in the team and was able to enquire on their experiences at the company.

Typical online application process. Took time to get a call from a recruiter/talent acquisition person. Had a phone, onsite and leadership panel interview. Not friendly or respectful and felt like an obligatory interview for HR purposes.
