Applied, got a phone call from the hr specialist, easy questions, went on to the next round with a hiring manager, that interview went great. The hiring manager had a few behavioral questions, very easy, felt like we connected. Then made it to the final round with 2 other SDL managers, which was all behavioral questions, I totally bombed that interview and never heard back from the hr and even after I emailed her. Makes me so mad that they base their decisions on behavioral questions, I am not a quick think or a person who can exaggerate scenarios or use other peoples examples and turn them in to mine.

Screening call then scheduled interview. Interview included basic STAR interview questions gauging project and client management capacity , followed by a role play scenario to gauge communication. Interviewee will not receive the role play scenario prior to interview
