Interview
I applied online. I was asked to take a Personality and Skills online test. I was contacted by phone to set up a phone interview, with a 3rd party. I had the phone interview and was told I would be passed to the hiring manager. 1 week later, I got an e-mail they had gone with a different candidate.

Working as a phlebotomist at Labcorp typically involves a structured interview process focused on both technical skills and patient care. The process often begins with an online application followed by a phone screening with a recruiter to discuss experience, availability, and customer service skills. Candidates who move forward are usually invited to interview with a supervisor or hiring manager, where they may be asked behavioral and technical questions related to venipuncture, specimen handling, patient identification, and managing difficult situations. Some locations may also include a brief skills assessment or ask candidates to verbally explain the blood draw process and order of draw. Throughout the interview process, Labcorp places strong emphasis on professionalism, accuracy, safety, teamwork, and the ability to provide compassionate care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
I applied online and recieved an email with a few dates to select from to meet on MS Teams (camera off). It was 30 minutes long and she asked me about my background and why I want the role. She then gave me a rundown on the role, salary, and benefits.

Interview
Went through a presentation at first, describing the job position. Then answered basic questions, like tell me about yourself and how you feel working with animals. Good to know that you work a lot of weekends and some holidays, like New Years, Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc... Also good chance you need to have some late nights.
