I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp (Madison, WI)
Interview
Phone interview, then followed by a 2 hour in person interview at the facility. Typical behavioral based questions that had nothing to do with the actual work you would be doing. Honestly the interview could have been half as long and more meaningful if they would tell you about the actual job. You will work quite a few weekends and have to work 3-4 of the 7 holidays per year.
Application to phone interview-3 days
Phone interview to inperson-7 days
Interview to job offer- 2 weeks( they had to wait on the background check/drug screen)

I applied online. I interviewed at Labcorp (Madison, WI)
Interview
Went through a presentation at first, describing the job position. Then answered basic questions, like tell me about yourself and how you feel working with animals. Good to know that you work a lot of weekends and some holidays, like New Years, Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc... Also good chance you need to have some late nights.
The interview process was smooth and the interviewer was very kind. The questions asked by the interviewer were not difficult and mostly pertained to the job but also treated me as a human.
