Interview
Phone Interview and then face to face interview. Phone interview was to gauge the salary expectation and some competitive base questions. In person interview was with three persons. Mostly based on the resume and STAR type questions.

Question 1
Describe a project and your work responsibility in it?
Interviewed for 3months before the VP closed the position due to organizational changes. One can only assume employment would have been as unpredictable. It’s takes as long to list a role and interview. Seems like a great use a resources. Expensive work.
I applied online. I interviewed at Labcorp (Greenfield, IN) in Mar 2021
Interview
First a phone screen by HR recruiter to review resume information; not too structured, mostly conversational. Next a phone screen with the hiring manager, similarly mostly conversational. Finally a series of 3 separate hour-long sessions (via Webex due to Covid-19) with the hiring manager and 2 senior peers who also report to the hiring manager; there was some flexibility to go off-script, but it was largely answering scripted situational interview questions. Pretty similar to the process with other large companies in the traditional mold.

I applied online. I interviewed at Labcorp (Raleigh, NC) in Oct 2020
Interview
Multiple interviews. It was well organized. First was with an HR person. Second was with internal stakeholders and managers at Covance. The third was with the client the position would work with exclusively. Everyone was professional and it was only phone interviews.
