There were many rounds of interviews with different managers from different teams. It seemed like they had canned questions that they were reading off of. The recruiter told me to use the STAR system and that's what it seemed like the interviewers kept on pushing for.

3 Steps: phone screening with US, face to face interview in Geneva office, phone interview with US managers. Long time with no feedback after the phone screen interview. Then I was asked into the office. 2 people were supposed to interview me in the Geneva office, of which 1 didn't turn up. Came back to me very quickly to arrange the 3rd and final interview by phone with the US. They told me I would hear within a a week. 1 month later I have heard nothing despite emailing and asking for feedback.

I applied and after several days, someone from the HR organized an initial 30-min call. Again 3-4 days after, I had an email invitation to a second interview with a Manager. After this interview, I got an offer 3-4 days later over the phone.

Applied online and I got a phone interview with HR (about 30 mn.). Two weeks later I was invited for an interview with 2 hiring managers. Really pleasant atmosphere and I felt comfortable.
