They don't really ask you any concrete interview questions. Simply ask about your educational background and you didn't interview with anyone you would actually work with. It was an HR person.

Very rude recruiter. I was scheduled for a phone interview by the recruiter. After asking about the previous job experienced and studies, they proceed and ask about the kind of job I’m seeking. No matter how I said, the recruiter repeatedly decline that I was not suitable for the job (then why offer me a phone interview). During the conversation its was mention that the company is short of manpower and was very busy, so one need to be very independent when work. In short, they are looking for peoples who have past experienced in clinical laboratory with minimum supervising. Though the phone interview, it high likelihood that either they are not really hiring, or they dont bother read up sent resumes but called individual to heard full detail from us.
