2 of the head phlebotomist at different labcorps both needed positions filled so they both interviewed me together. A lot of situational questions, & wanted to know my experience with various things like if I had ever stuck a child or geriatric.

I got a call from Southern California. And hey interviewed me over the phone. Asked about work history and what days I was available. The more "why do you want this job, what's your best quality?" Questions. Then set me up for an interview close by where I applied. I went to that one as soon as I got there hey wanted to know order of draw and a venipuncture so be prepared.

Interview went well - was asked many questions on my work history. What functions I performed while in this field. I have feedback into what my qualification where - including my skills in blood draws, specimen processing, client communication, working with doctors and nurses. My ability to clam patients who were afraid of the procedure.
