Labcorp Research Associate interview questions

I was contacted within a day via email to set up a phone interview time. The phone interview lasted 20 minutes and consisted mostly of a review of my previous work history, why I was interested in the position, and what qualified me to do it. I received follow-up study questions from a hiring manager thirty minutes later that asked me more details about my specific background with relation to the position. I responded and never heard back again, so I assume that my background did not adequately meet the specifics of the job.
