Interview was fairly easy but the process took too long. You have to also pass drug test, personality test and data entry test.

Much information was discussed and transferred back and forth by email before I ever interviewed. The interview process was friendly and detailed. I found out much more information about the job I was applying for and what details I would need to know. I was asked many of the standard questions, but also asked about doing something repetitive for long periods of time and how I would handle that. I was also asked for examples of jobs I had done that included repetitive tasks.
