The interview process was fairly easy and quite informal and consisted of a simple one on one interview with my future line manager. I was asked questions about the industry, SAS programming, my experience, my reason for applying and standard competency questions. After the interview I was told by the head of recruitment that I was likely to be offered the position but there were more people to be interviewed first. I though this was a bit unfair as had I not been offered the position I would have been extremely disappointed.
