Very laid back and simple; low pressure. Was asked basic questions about experience in a lab, 'name a time when' type questions. Was given an overview of the company and job expectations

Question 1
I can't remember an exact question but I know I was asked about 'a time when'. It might have been about multitasking or prioritizing, something along those lines
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp (Tampa, FL) in May 2023
Interview
There was a phone interview for 45 minutes. They then set me up for a virtual interview for 2 hours. The interviewers loved me but felt I need a little more experience. So THE COMPANY reached out to see if I’d be interested in being in another department to get the experience I need. Throughout the THIRD INTERVIEW which lasted 45 minutes. I answered all the questions with no issues and she said they would be in touch shortly. I reached out to the recruiter to let her know I had received a CONTRACT OFFER FROM ANOTHER COMPANY HOWEVER I WAS VERY INTERESTED IN THE OPPORTUNITY TO GROW IN THE ROLE AND WITHIN THE COMPANY. I was willing to wait to hear their offer as discussions had been going for three weeks now. THE HIRING TEAM rejected me AFTER PURSUING ME WITHOUT AN OFFER and when I asked for the reasoning, they said lack of experience. I REPEATEDLY EXPLAINED MY LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE ANDDDDD THEY REPEATEDLY STATED WE DONT CARE, WE JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE INTERESTED AND WE CAN WORK WITH YOUR GROWTH. They threw me to the side like I was nothing over information they knew two weeks prior. They wasted my time, the interviewers time on company’s time. WHOEVER IS IN HR DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, THEY LITERALLY DONT EVEN CARE ABOUT THE COMPANY. even in the rejection, they asked me to reapply in 9 months?!?! Like who suggests that?! So I’m not worth your time now but in 9 months I will be?????? And the topping was, I asked the recruiter why should I consider the company in a few months and go through this entire process again? The recruiter could not give me an answer and flat out said HR is incompetent and I should try a different department altogether. What a waste of time and company resources. I see why they have so much turnover.
