I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Lam Research (Fremont, CA) in Oct 2020
Interview
Overall interview process was a phone screen with the hiring manager followed by several panel interviews done through video chat. The video chat panel interviews were amongst the worst experiences I have personally had. The level of unprofessionalism was quite high, with people actively scoffing at my question responses and challenging me with questions unrelated to the position. To make matters worse, several folks flaked for the last panel interview. This type of abhorrent behavior is something I am not surprised to see with a company known for a workaholic culture
