I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lam Research (Kozhikode, ) in Oct 2022
Interview
A preliminary online written test followed by two offline technical interview rounds. The online written test consisted of objective questions pertaining to the field of my study i.e Mechanical Engineering and the rest of the section had aptitude questions similar to the questions asked in CAT. The technical interviews had their last fifteen minutes dedicated to HR questions wherein the values/ experiences of the individual was taken into view. Technical questions were more about the approach towards a problem than bout factual information recollection. The process was more important than the result for the interviews.

Interview
Incoherent; individual interviewers were great, but the process was entirely opaque. I was escorted to the door silently, buth then I got an offer. It was very strange. The hiring manager seemed eager to get me to accept, but was evasive when I asked questions.
