Thorough interview process, consists of resume screening, one way hireview, and if chosen a final 3 hour interview. There is a consulting case, and 2 other interviews with leadership. Be prepared to tell your why, why lenevo, why sales, why you. Show you did your research. Everyone is very friendly, overall a great experience
