Interview
It was a panel interview (3 people) at Lenovo office, which lasted for half hour to 45 min.
The interviewees just asked general questions in Chinese and English, such as your work experience, your strengths, etc., nothing about IT knowledge. The manager seemed nice.
However, I couldn't get the offer at the end.
After online application, selected candidates are invited to group interview
The group int. format was unlike the traditional one. No formal discussion structure (like conclusions) was required.
Then, interviewers asked follow-up questions and interviewees answered one by one.
