Went through a number of interviews with individual contributors all the way up to a VP. The questions were straight forward and personable. There were a number of situational questions but mostly checking experience and capabilities with certain tasks.

Was referred by someone in my network and encouraged to apply from the director but then was told no when I shared my salary expectations. They said they would reach out a better fit opened up. A job did open up asking for my experience but they never reached out. I wasn’t impressed by them enough to put myself out there a second time

First an interview with HR for background questions. Then an interview with the hiring manager. Then an interview with the head of the hiring manager. Finally an interview with two colleagues.
