Two rounds of interview. First interview was a phone call from HR, including some basic info questions, like daily arrangement and some behaviuor questions. Second round is with the hiring manager. Quite smooth experience.

Interview
HR guy asked me to have a phone call on Linkedin in Sep, then I talked with HR in English on the phone.
About 2 weeks later, I moved forward to the next interview with the team manager in Japanese for 45 minutes in Oct.
He was very soft and nice, but after this interview, they have been ghosting until now (more than 2 months).
They should send something back about rejection, even if it's just an automated reply.

Straight-forward and pleasant. 1 call with HR, interview with hiring manager in office, offered job the same day however salary was quite low. Interview was pretty easy and not particularly challenging.
