First I had the initial phone screen review where I discussed my skills and experience with the recruiter, and about two weeks later had a short 30 minute interview with the hiring manager where I spoke with him about my experience that would relate directly to the role as well as learned more about the position. About two weeks after that, the recruiter scheduled a call to let me know I was offered the position
