Interview
Not complicated but strange. The "Senior Director" who conducted the interview went on and on about himself (big ego) and talked briefly about SLG. The issue seems to be that he has no expertise himself in this market. Could not answer my questions about where Lenovo stands contract wise, or what industry solutions they offer. Not sure he understands or can create a strategy for this vertical. He seemed unhappy at Lenovo, maybe short term from the way he talked about all the quarterly issues with delivery, supply and quality. It was a one way interview, him talking at me. Never asked me much where I could talk about my experience. I looked up his Linked in profile and he has already worked at the other major PC manufacturer's. Struck me as a spreadsheet guy, not a sales leader.
I was impressed with the company, but would not accept a role in public sector at this time. He indicated new leadership has been named at the top of Public Sector, so maybe it needs to filter down to the Senior Director level.

Interview
I interviewed with three employees. They were all extremely friendly and easy to talk to. They did not ask any extremely technical questions, and they seemed to be genuinely interested in what I had to say.
