Lenovo interview questions

Frustrating end to what started as a promising process. Five rounds of interviews, consistent positive feedback throughout, and significant flexibility on my end — including coordinating my own scheduling because the recruiter couldn't hold a slot, and accepting a 10 PM interview to accommodate the team's timezone. After all that, complete silence for over a month. Multiple follow-ups, no reply, not even a courtesy rejection. Whatever the final decision was, candidates deserve a basic update after going out of their way to make a process work. The lack of communication is what stands out most, and it's hard to recommend the experience to others.

Very nice and simple, everyone wanted you to succeed. Ended up getting denied over someone with ten years experience for an entry-level role but that’s the name of the game.
