Péssima experiência, recrutador sem experiência alguma, entrevista engessada, não disse nada, absolutamente nada, mal ouviu o pouco que deixou eu falar, empresa se preocupada em vender uma boa imagem, precisa se preocupar em capacitar seu time de "people", agendou outra entrevista no dia seguinte e depois de 15 min cancelou, mandei email questionando sobre, até hoje aguardando retorno. Tem empresa que é livramento não passar.

Applied for the role and it took about 2 weeks to say they might want to interview. This was followed by another two weeks where 1st interview confirmed. This was unorganised as the time arranged was cancelled back and forth or took forever to confirm (sometimes only an hour before interview). This was the same process for 2nd and 3rd interview. Overall, people who were interviewing were really nice and informative. The process took around 2 months and I didn't actually get told if I got the job or not. I received a survey from their generic inbox so I am guessing that's their way of saying no. The interviews themselves I can't fault but organisation and communication needs working on.
