Interview
1 phone screen, 2 technical interviews with total 4 people, 1 final HR interview. Technical interviews were great, one of them even made a short presentation describing what his team works on and gave a pretty good idea of how the company is like. In the end, I was informed I fit the profile they’re looking for best and they are working on the offer. I was asked to give them confidential financial documents and info so they can work on the offer. They also asked me to give them time multiple times due to internal delays and had to wait total 4 months and then I was informed they were not moving with the offer. A great interview process derailed by unprofessional and dishonest Talent Acquisition team.
Interviews consist of four phases. The first being a phone screening where you meet the manager of your applied department. The second interview is a technical test which provides several questions that you have to answer online. The third interview is a second technical test along with the manager in person. The last interview is with HR.
