I applied online. I interviewed at Lenovo (Raleigh, NC) in Dec 2020
Interview
Applied and was reached out to by email and made known of my candidacy. I was then requested to take an online assessment. Upon passing, the next step was a live case interview with one section being individual and the other being as part of a group of candidates for other roles. Then there was a meeting with my future team as well as another 1 on 1 with my future manager. The whole process lasted from late September to mid-December

Question 1
Why Lenovo, and more specifically why this role at Lenovo on this team
Ok - I know if you have an interview coming up you will want to give your best and get the job. But I wouldn't want to work for a company that ghosts their interviewees especially when I thought all my 3 interviews went great and then nothing. NADA.
