I applied online. I interviewed at Lenovo (Charlestown, IN) in Jan 2021
Interview
It was easy and asked basic questions. They asked you about yourself and the company, it wasn't too bad. The threw in a couple questions asking what you would do in a sales situation.

Question 1
Why you chose lenovo and what you thought of the brand.
I was invited to an “informal” screening chat which I was told I didn’t have to prepare for, so I assumed it was to check my experience and explain a bit more about the role. This was misleading and was a phone interview. I would recommend that the hiring staff (who it seems were outsourced and definitely not from the office in Basingstoke where I’d be working) are more open with the hiring process and what is expected from candidates at this stage. Not impressed and didn’t make me feel like I’d want to work for a company like that. Was also very cagey when I asked questions about the role, not encouraging.

Interview
I made it all the way to the final round which was a full day at Lenovo that included a group interview and a few personal one-on-one interviews. I actually did enjoy the day for the most part, and the interviews were pretty straightforward. The only problem I have is that I had to personally reach out to them to hear their final decision, when they said they'd be in touch. I understand if I wasn't the right fit for the position, but I felt like they owed me as much as an email at least.
