Question 1
Name a situation where you had to solve a problem.
The first round was a screening with the recruiter then I had two sets of panel interviews. In addition, I met with the HR recruiter a couple of times in between the panel interviews. In the panel interviews, questions ranged from theoretical to practical.
Had multiple interviews, eventually got ghosted. The recruiter was really nice. Responsive when I followed up. Otherwise, process is terrible. No feedback, no indication. Just rounds of interviews that resulted in nothing.
