Interview
The interview was multi-phased, first with HR, then with team. The interview experience was bad and waste of time for all. The main problems are:
1. Nobody gave clear answers about salary or salary range.
2. Nobody gave clear answers about hybrid or remote work.
3. Unclear, beating around the bush -type of answers about work culture
Things like Salary, Hybrid work requirements and work culture are absolutely important, and need to be communicated better. To me it is ridiculous to talk about clear topics in riddles and undertones.

-Give an example of how you managed a conflict in previous job
