Lidl Area Graduate Manager interview questions

It started with an application form+ CV on-line. Than I got a link to an online assessment centre with math tests and some competency based questions. After I was then contacted by a member of their recruitment team for a brief and relatively informal telephone interview, attempting to attain an understanding of your experience, motives and skill set. No surprising questions, but the guy was just a machine..no communication, he just read the question and made notes about my answers..
