Lidl Customer Assistant interview questions

Asked alot about teamwork and taking initiative and doing jobs as you see them rather than waiting to be told. One question was that you have just arrived at work, not clocked in yet and noticed a stray trolley in the carpark. Do you tidy it up or do you clock in then return outside to tidy it up??
