I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lidl (Bristol, England) in Oct 2018
Interview
10 days after applying online I got a phone call to ask a few questions and was invited for an interview a few days later at the store I applied for. The interview was pretty typical. I was asked about work history, asked about hours I can work and ability to get to the store, asked some behavioural questions, and asked a couple scenario questions. I thought I did well but got a rejection email about a week later. As the rejection email didn't state they can't give individual feedback (as some do) I thought I would try asking for feedback. I got a response saying they were waiting to receive the paperwork from my interview and would be in touch as soon as they got it. That was weeks ago and I haven't heard from them so I guess that's not going to happen.

Question 1
Would you be able to start as early as 5am and work as late as 11pm?
Filled an online application. The process was smooth. Immediately invited to complete a very clumsy online test, which froze and didn't allow me to complete it. Re-tried the test a few hours later, no joy. What a shamble!
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lidl (Colwyn Bay, Wales) in Jun 2018
Interview
One on one interview. Was very straight forward, the interviewer asked the usual questions such as why you want the job, hours you can work/flexibility and then went on to some strategy questions. Lasted about half an hour, wasn’t difficult, seems like a very friendly enviromment.

Question 1
If only you and one other colleague are in the store today and you’re both on the checkout, what would you address first if you saw a puddle on the floor but the checkouts are very busy and you notice that there’s no milk out on the shop floor?
