Lidl Customer Service interview questions

Invited to local store for a meeting with the area manager as store manager was on holiday.. i had a chat in the staffroom and was asked a few situation question's. Following that an offer made same day by telephone.

15 minutes. Managers were friendly, spoke with enthusiasm and showed interest in the process. Gave information about the company and how they needed strong dependable people. I heard back from them within twenty-four hours with an offer for employment.
