I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lidl (Raleigh, NC) in Feb 2019
Interview
Very professional interview, some language issues as English was not their first language, asked a lot about KPI's in current position. The building was very nice but it felt stuffy and awkward. It was not a relaxed atmosphere.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lidl (Arlington, VA) in Jul 2018
Interview
Fairly average length of time for the interview process, you're first contacted by HR and invited to participate in an initial in person interview that is two rounds meeting with at least 4 people, then if you pass, there's a second in person interview with your potential boss and a senior executive. Question difficulty were pretty average lots of situational type questions and questions to see if you've researched the company so definitely do your homework!

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you have had to manage multiple priorities?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lidl (Arlington, VA)
Interview
I was asked if I could fly to Arlington, VA for an interview. HR was suppose to schedule my flight. I had to call multiple times and continued following up since I never received flight confirmation. Every time I called the HR they would say "oh yeah, let me do that now" but didn't happen until the day before I was suppose to leave and my name was spelled incorrectly on the ticket. After the interview I was told they would contact me no later than the beginning of the following week (4 business days). Two weeks later they issued an offer (and claimed they called me the week before- no missed calls on my end) and gave me less than 48 hours to decide. I had received another offer early that week (higher salary). I countered the offer via email- HR asked me to call later that day. The call lasted 30 seconds and consisted of the HR rep stating my counter offer was "excessive" and that if I received another offer I should take that one (in a tone that was opposite of pleasant). Overall unprofessional and sad. I wished them best of luck- seems like they will need it.
