Lidl Graduate Program interview questions

Inizialmente mandata la candidatura come commesso specializzato, dopo un colloquio andato bene essendomi laureata da poco mi hanno proposto il graduate program. Colloqui molto lunghi, ci vogliono un paio di mesi, tutto perfetto tranne l’assessment dove non mi sono sentita per niente a mio agio. Uno dei recruiter era veramente scorbutico e controbatteva ogni cosa che dicevo. Nel complesso le interview sono abbastanza fattibili tranne per l’assessment che lo trovo abbastanza inutile visto che non sono prove inerenti al ruolo che andrai a ricoprire.

The interview process began in the morning with registration and refreshments were provided. There were then 2 rounds of interviewing at different stages of the day. Firstly we were split into groups of 8 and given tasks to do and people were assessed on how they reacted in the tasks. There was then a group interview with 3 candidates and 7 interviewers
