Interview
I have applied for an IT Administrator role at Lidl. I have received an SMS message telling me to phone the HR department. I phone and she asked me if it was okay for phone interview, although that was not mentioned in the message.
After an hour, I have received a phone call from the same person asking me for a suitable time for the interview and she sent an email confirming the interview . There were two interviews, panel interview and practical.
I think, they should have detailed the interview process and that there would be a practical test as well.
