Interview
I applied online and answered a few short questions online as part of the application process. I then got an email saying in a weeks time I have an interview. About 15 people were brought to the staff room to wait. We then got called in individually and sat an interview for 5mins with three staff members - who were all extremely friendly. It was very quick and relaxed
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
