Na 4 lange weken kreeg ik een heel onpersoonlijke, korte mail terug 'we kunnen niet verder gaan met de applicatie op basis van jouw profiel' Na het vragen van meer uitleg of wat advies voor een volgende sollicitatie, heb ik nooit meer antwoord gekregen.

The interview process consisted of an online application, followed by a phone screening and an in-person assessment day. During the assessment center, there were individual interviews, case studies, and group exercises focused on leadership skills and problem-solving abilities.
The process was structured and professional, and the expectations regarding the role were clearly explained. Communication from HR was timely and transparent throughout the recruitment process.

Applied through their website. Got a phone call from HR about a week after the application. They wanted to know about my experience. Was told they would let me know within 3 days. On day 3 got an rejection e-mail.
