Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lidl
Interview
Sent in a cover letter and CV. Then did the online test. After completing that, I got invited for a telephone interview that lasted around 20 minutes (normally shorter but I asked a lot of questions). Finally, I did a in-person interview upstairs in the store.

Do you shop at Lidl?
If so, what is your favourite product?
Scenario question: Spillage on the floor, Que is full up on one of the isles, Milk is missing, Fruit and veg is messy- What order would you deal with this in?
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
