Entretien 1 : téléphonique avec la RH
Entretien très classique reprenant mon cursus ainsi que mes motivations
Entretien 2 : Face à face avec RH et deux opérationnels
Entretien de motivation beaucoup plus approfondi que le premier, notamment avec beaucoup de questions techniques sur mes missions précédentes.
Entretien 3 : RH et trois opérationnels tour à tour
Trois mises en situation qui permettent de plonger le candidat dans chaque potentielle mission qu'il aura à remplir.
