Lidl Purchasing Assistant interview questions

The hiring and interview process is completely exaggerated. You would think they were hiring for a rocket scientist when in reality anyone can do the job. They take absolute ages to get back to people and never give any feedback. Generally the practice was they had 2 sets of interviews, one with the admin manager and buying supervisor and the second with one of the buying directors.
