Two stage process of online assessment and in person interview - in person interview was carried out by two members of staff - standard retail interview questions were asked such as experience of customer service and ability to work in a team.

Really simple and straightforward, got back to me really fast and the overall process from application took less than 2 weeks. There was an initial screening, upon successful completion of which an in person interview was arranged.
