Lidl Warehouse Operative interview questions

It was group interview at first, then one-on-one interview. The process took couple of hours for group stage, and one-on-one. After you pass it, they will invite you to work trial. Later after one-two weeks you can get job offer.

It was a group interview of 5 applicants at a time and 2 interviewers. 1 applicant was grilled by the two interviewers one after the other. Notice periods were asked from everyone and the documents were subsequently examined.
