Lloyds Banking Group Graduate Program interview questions

There are three stages: online application, video interview, assessment center. The online application is pretty generic once cleared then you are offered the video interview which is strength based. The next stage is assessment center which has 4 activities - Virtual Reality assessment: how do you feel about the technology in banking -Role play: how you react to changes, working under pressure and peer support -1 to 1 interview: similar to the video interview -Group exercise: how you work in a team

The interview process was good and they gave you guidance throughout. First there was the normal tests and then a video interview, and after that you attended an assessment center where there was a one on one interview, a group activity and another writing exercise. The assessment center day was actually fun and I enjoyed getting to know the other candidates.
